You went there once and had bad service. It seems like you made your point. Your crusade can now end ... or continue ... but not here.

When big businesses continue to provide awful service to their customers, I can see why criticism and theories have to continue past their welcome. But you said yourself, this is a small family run business. They deserve a chance to prosper or fall from the opinions of many, and not just the few.
