I like the Dmax over MUX. The design was probably meant for the pick-up truck but then SUVs are 'patok' in every 3rd world country, so gi-sumpayan na lang nila for an effective sales pitch. The rear is very inappropriate to its front imo, well, that's just me.

But definitely MUX over the new Fortuner and Montero - these two are really fugly.

Wait, why am I writing this down when most of you here have already owned one?
Ka line up ba ang mux sa everest? Nindot pod ang bago na everest!

^ Actually boss @maccebu, they are within the same realm but on different makes. The MuX looks a little smaller compared to Montero, Fortuner and Everest but the total powerband among the 3 of them is almost the same and if there's such a difference on paper, it wont really affect real life performance.

perks/freebies, discounts and casa na lang na daogon.

Pero gwapo sad bitaw ang bag.o nga Everest, waterproof ecu pa gyud. Suya lang ko ani kutob. hehe

when i was searching the market for an SUV, i first fell in love with the Everest. i really like how it looks, in & out. but when i added the other factors like fuel efficiency, spare parts price & availability, as well as how the 2nd row seat won't tumble forward to give access sa 3rd row seats, that's when i got turned off sa Everest.

i fell so in love with the Everest that when kato gi-operahan ko sa ako likod earlier this year, i tried to find a happy thought to distract me while the surgeons were doing their job on me. i found driving the Everest with my family going on a road trip was my happy thought at that time.

initially, i didn't like how the MUX looked but after some time, it grew on me. i realized nga simplicity is best compared to other futuristic designs like sa all new Montero. then the other factors kicked in for me, i spoke to other MUX owners & they said, compared to other SUV's, tipid ang MUX considering just how bad the traffic is in Cebu. the same goes for availability & price of spare parts.

    Interior and exterior looks
    Sitting capacity.
We have the mux, 2016 montero, and 2016 trailblazer based on my experience

Gas consumption: 1st MUX 2nd Traiblazer and 3rd Montero (despite the 8 speed)

Ride comfort: mux comes last (even the leather seats are bad enough) if you ride the montero it so much better than the mux

Noise engine: more or less the same with the trailblazer (quiet noisy)

Interior: it has a tv at the back which is nice but it feels cheap even the reverse camera's display looks so ugly.

Exterior: 1st: montero 2nd: mux 3rd: trailblazer (lacking bumper design)

Sitting capacity: the 3rd row of the mux looks awkward because the 3rd row seats are not fully down there's kind of like another layer. But the three vehicles are the same when it comes to capacity (7 seaters)

I will be buying suv karong january kay dili na makaya gasolina. If papilion? Asay da best jud? Montero entry level @1.423M or Mux 3.0 4x2 Limited edition@ 1.486M? MEdyo dakoan rako sa MUX kay usually 2 rami musakay. Out na Fortuner kay dili value for money.overpriced. Ang montey nice pero maot kayu ang lubot so futuristic.
