PMO LEAD
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Lead or facilitate projects from conception through project completion, including process improvement, cost savings, and transfer of technology projects
2. Works with multiple cross-functional groups over the life of the project coordinate dependencies and timing of the deliverable within the constraints of the project scope, schedule, and budget.
3. May lead cross-functional teams, assist in meetings to ensure best practices are applied, identify the need for and assist in establishing additional cross-functional liaisons
4. Implements defined project management processes and procedures. Monitors project management compliance of other functional groups and assists them when needed.
5. Will lead the Project Management Office and mentor and develop the members of the PMO Team.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience
2. Excellent organizational, communication and composition skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project and or functional groups
3. Has advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
4. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage
5. Must have strong interpersonal, teamwork and project management skills
