    self discipline like matolog sau.. kong hilig kag gimik nga kaadlawon mauli undanga na. kong naa kay bisyo undangi nana.. then kaon kag mga fruits kong makaya pa sa budget..and most of all peace of mind jud.. dont do crazy things and do not sin esp. pre marital ***..

    @monmon thank you sa mga tips. wala man nuon ko anang agoraphobia. ang akoa lang jud is mo kalit lang nga maka feel kog very strong fear and anxiety without any reason then lisud kau pa kalma sa kaugalingon whenever mu attack na.

    hahaha ing ana jud na cya shane.. uncontrollable jud.. mao bitaw dapat natural healing lang ka para if mo strike cya controllable na kaau nimo dili na kaau ka mag panic.. like sa akoa naka trabaho nako balik now. dili malikayan mo strike cya pero ma control na nako cya. unlike before nga lami kaau iligid if mo strike na..

    Naa man ghapon cya naku pero ma manage na naku. Worst case naa gyud koy gi andam sad na "beta blockers" pang pa calma.

    Guys, i just had this experience, atong monday and today.

    while nagtanaw tv and computer, mga 130pm medyo gutom2 na, nibarog ko then all of a sudden my heartbeat rises up nga grabe ka kusog, and my hand jitters or nag kurog2 slight, then murag mafeel jd nako nisaka akong dugo sakong ulo, and mrag mamugnaw akong kamot ug tiil.. so ngpa check ko sa healthcenter duol, nisaka jd akong BP to 140/97 i think, then pahuway2 then ddto mi sa cortes hospital, taud2 ni ubos mga 136/85+. ako gikaon ana sa breakfast ky meat then coffee.

    nya karon, mga 12noon, ni trigger nsd, pero light ra cya nya nacontrol ra nako. ako gikaon is veggies, porkchop pero unod ra, milo then banana. so pahuway2 ko kdyut then ngpa bp ko mga pila ka minutes, ni normal rmn akong BP to 123/83.

    Unsa kahai possible reasons ani?
    I dont smoke, tagsa ra moinom, minimze na akong caffeine. i exercise regularly.

    go get yourself cleared by a cardio.. if all is clear, you have nothing to worry..

    ayaw pagutom, chances are, hypo glycemic ka! if hypo ka, ang stress released sa lawas bisan unsa nalnag ang reaction ihatag. like taas BP...lipong2x and etc...
