Hello Church! Sharing this very powerful scripture
""Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."
This is a wake up call for all of us, (including me). Even si satan kaila ug kahibaw nga naai Ginoo. the question is, do we really have that relationship with Him? And do we really obey Him? Is He Lord of all of our lives? Is He Lord kung naa ta sa atung opisina? Is He Lord ug naa ta sa gawas with our friends? Is He Lord if alone ta sa atung room while surfing the net?
Time to reflect and once again, we constantly ask for His grace day by day. Yes, I have been a Christian since 2002 but there are times in between na nalayo ko and it is because of my sins, but God is faithful and just to constantly remind me of His love and His Word will never change. Maong I urge you guys, the saved, to go and make disciples! mao na iyang sugo. live your lives for Him! para sa iyang purpose! Panahon na para mu gawas sa atung comfort zone and make Jesus known to everyone around us.
katong born again diri naa kaha mo something that is missing in your relationship with God?
Are you searching, finding or seeking more knowledge about God, are you contented or are led with your mere feelings, without any scriptural justification. Being content of mere social gatherings devoid of God's presence since you have not known him nor his son?
Do you keep all of Gods commandments? can we neglect some of them or only keep 9 of the ten commandments?
Read Mathew 5:19 and James 2:10

No matter how hard are you gonna try doing the 10 commandments, you can't.
No one can keep or follow all of those 10 commandments. Not even the Pope or any preacher out there.
That's why Jesus came. Became the once and for all offering for our sins - to save us, to redeem us, because no one can fulfil the 10 commandments.
John 3:16 is shorter and sweeter than 10 commandments. The former is about Jesus saving you from your shortcomings, the latter is about you trying your best to book your own salvation.
Yes you can through Christ we can do all things. We cannot keep it by ourselves but by our complete submission to Christ we can ultimately through his power and righteousness be able to keep the commandments.
"For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous."
This is where you have misunderstood the Gospel.
We are not earning our salvation by keeping the commandments but we keep the commandments because we are saved.
"If you love me keep my commandments"
Does being saved by grace give us the license to profane God's commandments? Does God desire obedience or disobedience to his commandments?
Romans 6:15-16
What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
To sin by biblical definition is the transgression of the law which leads to death while obedience leads to righteousness.
We need the grace of Jesus otherwise we would be keeping the law in our own effort. Only through the grace of Jesus we can keep the law.
Grace and Law are harmonized and compliment each other in the Gospel.
John Wesley wrote:
"There is, therefore, the closest
connection that can be conceived, between the law and the gospel. On the one hand, the law
continually makes way for, and points us to, the gospel; on the other, the gospel continually leads us
to a more exact fulfilling of the law. The law, for instance, requires us to love God, to love our
neighbor, to be meek, humble, or holy. We feel that we are not sufficient for these things; yea, that
'with man this is impossible;' but we see a promise of God to give us that love, and to make us
humble, meek, and holy: we lay hold of this gospel, of these glad tidings; it is done unto us
according to our faith; and 'the righteousness of the law is fulfilled in us,' through faith which is in
Christ Jesus. . . .
The law leads us to grace and grace leads us to keep the law.
And that law my friend is the ten commandments of God the eternal law of God. Written by the very hand of God on stone to symbolized its permanence. Take note brother that the ten commandments was not written by any apostles or prophets but by God himself.
Amen jud ni bro.. By God's grace jd tanan that we are able to obey Him with delight in our hearts.. Our Actions are the result of our Faith in Him.. We are saved by grace through Faith in Christ. We obey because we love Him. Though we may fail, our heart's intention is always what God is looking at.
