To ban a user from a vBulletin forum, you need to, at least, reach to the 'User Option' or 'User Manager' panel. From there, you need to click on 'Ban User', then type the user name correctly in the user name field, and after that, you still need a few more clicks and keystrokes.

In contrast, creating a new user account using a client-side script requires just two or three keystrokes at the most.

The relationship between the Philippines and the United States (US) DOES NOT depend on one individual, particularly President Rodrigo Duterte, the US Department of State said.

US Department of State spokesperson John Kirby reiterated that the American government is committed to its bilateral relationship with the Philippines despite Duterte's recent tirades.

"Well, because the government isn’t – doesn’t rest – especially in a democracy, it doesn’t rest on the shoulders of just one individual," Kirby said in a press briefing on Wednesday.

"Yes, he’s the head of state, but there are many agencies in his government, there are many cabinet officials, there are longstanding relationships that we have nurtured over the years with figures in his government, and those relationships are still there and they’re still vibrant," the American executive said.

Espinosa’s death a ‘slap in the face’ of PH justice system

The death of Albuerra, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr., inside his jail cell is a "slap in the face" of the country's criminal justice system, Senator Richard Gordon said on Saturday.

Gordon, who chairs the Senate Committee on Justice and Human Rights, said the incident is alarming considering that Espinosa was still killed even though he was incarcerated.

"He was already incarcerated and nonetheless [it's] still not safe. It’s a slap in the face of the criminal justice system of our country," Gordon said in a phone interview on ANC's "Top Story."

Espinosa was shot dead inside his jail cell at Baybay City Provincial Jail, Saturday morning.
