The Philippines also is chartered like that. This country even have Freedom of Information, somewhat redundant to the Free Press, all in lieu of being a nation of many diversities - religions, languages, ethnicity and traditions.

However, both the US and The Phils are not drug free.

Yes but the big difference is that in the US you get your taxes worth thru basic services like quality free education for your kids until high school. In here our public schools except for UP and Science High are not at par with the best schools in the country.
