I cannot seem to find a webpage but I over heard sa radio.
San Miguel factory/plant at Mandaue City is planning to move at Carmen, Cebu.
The plant herein Mandaue will be a IT Hub in the future, just like IT Park.
This means, the iconic Big Beer that made Mandaue City a CITY and the first CITY in CEBU was due to San Miguel factory.
It also means, more jobs (opportunity) and people will be flocking CEBU. hehehe

meaning more traffic in cebu. although ma kuhaan if ad2 na sa Carmen ang plant. well, at least para sad iwas sa pollution. ma spread out instead of congested in one area.

Consolacion port seen to boost Cebu’s economy - Cebu Daily News
davide should've considered Danao for this project. i think Consolacion or Liloan is having problems with traffic too. not quite sure if they did much feasibility study on this project. i honestly think this is a bad move.
