    Magpalit nalang jud ko'g akong kaugalingong timbangan nga gamhanan oi.

    Musta atong weight loss diha ?

    Ako diri.. ni-us-os na jud ako timbang to 137 lbs (from 160 lbs).
    Pero akong trouble karon is on how to increase my muscle mass in general.
    Naa noo'y increase pero medyo hinay kaayo. Hatag-bawi pa jud.
    I can do jogging but i cannot afford to go to gyms.
    Kung naa mo'y tip diha ung unsa-on, suggest mo beh.

    There are things you can do to gain muscle mass nga mabuhat nimo inyong balay.
    But you need more protein intakes.

    Do:
    - Crunch
    - Push Up
    - Pull Up
    - Front Plank, Side to Side Plank
    - Squats
    - burpees
    - Fill two 500ml water bottles with sand and use it as your dumbbells.

    new year resolutionists, assemble!

    bitaw, puhon sure nko mka.focus balik since mahuman na ako klase hapit and mu resign nko puhon, so dili na kay ko as swamped/stressed as i used to. naa nko igo nga time.

    mka.sense btaw ko usahay nga akong lawas ky nagpangita sa binuhatan/routine nko bfore, di mn ingon nga sedentary ako lifestyle sauna. karon lng ni nga wa nko oras tungod sa skul/work + limited hrs of sleep. nanglimpyo kos banyo days ago, grabe kay ako singot ky pirting hinlo. but after that i actually felt refreshed, the ahhh feeling kicked in, but then followed by the looming fear of realizing what i've been doing to my body jst because dili nko cya priority. "awww... what happened?" hahahah

    What kind of Herbalife? Ug unsa side effects? Pwde ba sa Glycemic nga tao ( low on blood sugar)

    Shake, aloe and tea ni Maam. As far as i know, Low GI (glycemic index) man jud ni ilang products.
    And ang recommended diet nila is low GI food pod.
    So, probably, mas maayo ni nimo.

    Mura'g once every hour kay mangihi ko. Kay dili kapugngan oi.
