(note the emphasis on too) and also our wargames (AFAIK) is not just a training on our troops but also sa US... wargames are done so if any world war happens tactics and equipment are better used during any operations.... now if we send 2 battalions of soldiers to US for 6 months (the usual abroad deployment, afaik) do you think mas maayo i spend nalang na sa modernization?

we are training with other country so if the time comes we fight with them there will never be operational issues... i think you have the wrong understanding what is a balikatan and why it was held...
