Sorry I just came to and old thread, but I think the material list mentioned here seems to be perfect for a room remodeling too, My son is asking to remodel our house, but I was against it. I think it costs much to me. How about custom home remodeling? I have found this, when googling for some good ones. Help me to know if you have any good references with cheap rates.

3 ka rooms ang nabuhat sa taas with 1 common cr,. max the space
sa ubos,.sala and kitchen,.

Waa na TS ani murag gipa assume man to iya unit. Btw, duol ra mi unit ani niya then nag met sad mi twice man guro to.
Karun akoa na gipa pinturahan ang sulod sa akong unit ky naa mo renta, taud2x jud ni wala na trabaho hinuon pintura nlng kulang wala lang jud ko time ky busy kanunay unya karun gidali dali papintura ky naa mo abang pasalamat nalang pud ko at least naa income gamay.

dear TS, kamusta po ang DECA house ninyo?
sa mga nakabili po sa DECA jan sa cebu, kamusta po ang mga unit ninyo? ang 8990 po nag-umpisa na rin po magpakilala dito sa Luzon. nagreserve po ako sa ikatlong project nila dto, yung Urban Deca Homes MARILAO po. just wondering, kung ano ang feedback po ninyo sa gawa ng developer ng DECA homes, ok po ba? ano ang good side at down sides ng mga project nila? salamat sa lahat ng mga sasagot po
