Akong tabang do this lang adto sa Norkis they claim region 7 man daw ilang rehistro, yes surplus ni but you will have easy claim sa warranty and parts or repair service later on, kay orig ug dugay nani na company ani na multicab business.

To check if cebu registered ilang unit demand the original CR if mo ingon sila na e process palang after mo palit ka, then ask them how they can give you assurance nga cebu register ang unit. Pwede mo mag himo kasulatan na if during the turnover sa original certificate, they must return back the full payment if not cebu registered ang unit.

Actual checking kung cebu registered is look on the original CR and verifiy it to the LTO office if tugma ba ang details sa data base, check the District Office kung Cebu ba, Norkis claims Region ilang rehistro so you must see in the CR written there Cebu City District Office, also check the MV File number it must start 0716 if maka kita kag like example 0728 or 0716 ayaw ana kay layo na either adto ka Dumaguete city or Talisay mag pa rehistro ana. 07 stands for thr region number.
I know this info because I work for LTO IT for 3 yrs and daghan ng Director nga nilabay nga kasuhan gumikan sa greed sa bahandi, I left LTO with honor and clean ako konsensha.
