Anyways, nag 2nd opinion lng ko.. At least naka mention sya ABT win10 64, cheaper 240gb ssd, addtnl 2gb RAM only, and serial bus capacity sa RAM.. Naka search ko b4 ABT RAM compability.. So na believe ko gamay aning 2nd technician..
I'll have it serviced it on Thursday or Friday..

i believe your i3 is a first generation , it can support at least 8GB DDR3 800 - 1066Hz Sodimm if not 16GB
depending on your laptop model < which in many cases, the board have only one memory slot or embedded 2GB DDR3 + 1 empty memory slot , better check the manufacturers website for full documentation on RAM Support >.

putting another 4GB < optimize the performance with the slot available, use the maximum RAM Capacity it can support per slot > will surely speed up processing and multitasking

ADDING SSD will surely give your laptop a JUMP.

USE windows10 x64 Gen2 April 2016 edition. i'm using already.. way better than OLD OEM and retail versions.

But I'm already here at the desert.. 240gb ssd Kingston brand will cost me 280rials.. 30rials cheaper than the first technician... And the 2nd tech have cheaper package abt installing everything .. I'll ask first abt 8gb ram if it's OK W my i3-330m..

Since wala pay sweldo ky bag ong abot, I just spend some rials just to make my laptop work.. . I might spend around 500rials including the battery.. This is better than buying a brandnew laptop... Dali ra mo change ang specs murag every year, new models.. So maybe I'll just buy a second hand 2017 Mac or old stock b4 I go for a vacation...

@Echelnalf Naka install ko sentinel, 33% nlng ang health sa hdd... Pero 100% performance pa dw...
41 bad sectors.. Paet ning WA tay alamag sa laptop care.. Di gyd Maau ning init and defragmentation...
