I support the return of Mandatory ROTC. I am pro military...
But... dapat mawala ang corruption ug dapat maayo ang military education sa mga cadets. Unfortunate kaayo kay sa among panahon, sige langmi ug martsa2x kay practice para sa ROTC Presentation of Sponsors. Dapat unta ge prioritize ang basic military schooling...
Bisan na, at least naka assemble / disassemble mi ug M-16. Mao rato akong nindot nga experience.

the importance of ROTC is to have an idea of military discipline and hierarchy of command....if in case there will be mobilization(due to war) you will know what rank you'll be in and you'll know how to obey orders.

Misakay rani ang AFP sa popularity ni Duterte, negative kaayo ang pulbic opinion sa ROTC before, and AFP knows kaya ni Duterte mo sway og public opinion with his high popularity ratings. After sa term Duterte, gamay lng nga corruption or abuse issue, tang2x nasad ni.. Klaro na kaayo ang pattern

alang2x ra kaayo ng ROTC kung gusto man jud mag fulltime ug gunit ug armas mag sundalo na lang sigurado pang mahatagan ug medal kung mabuthan ug land mine
