Ask unta ko para makat.on sad ko. Nahubsan ako Mitsubishi lancer wala nay fuel as filter unya mechanical iya fuel pump. Unsaon pag start ani pabalik suyop sa gasolina? Inig crank nako no start ba ug work an fuel pump? Bacn naa kamao ani dili nalang ko no tawag ug mekaniko..thanks

Yes cranking will make the mechanical fuel pump work. But could take a while since wala na gyud gasoline sa line. You could manually suck the gasoline using your mouth until you can see gas on the fuel filter then let the fuel pump do the rest. But if you don't want to take the risk of getting gasoline in your mouth then cranking it till it starts is fine

Usually dili man, naa gyud ma bilin sa sulod sa filter. Your fuel tank breather could be clogged (or improperly routed) causing the fuel tank to "vacuum" back the fuel after you turn off the engine. (maybe?) To check you could try opening your fuel cap for a short while after you switch off the engine just to normalize the pressure inside the tank and the atmosphere then observing to see if ma wala ra gihapon ang sulod sa fuel filter or not. If mawala gihapon, your problem is something else.
