Screening of Ma' Rosa?

Hi Guys! So me and my friend are a couple of film buffs and we are really interested in seeing Brillante Mendoza's Ma' Rosa which was entered in the 69th Cannes Film Fest. There was a local screening last July 7 at SM Cebu but we didn't know about it
Do you guys happen to know if an organization is planning on doing another screening of that film?
or if there is any way I could contact someone who could make that happen? I could tap my school (USJ-R) and organization to organize the event.

Hello! Interesado sad unta ko motan-aw ani pero wala pud ko kabantay nga gi-screen diay ni pag July 7 sa SM Cebu?

Maski nakadaug siyag Best Director sa Cannes ato, ni-ana gyud siya satisfied na siya nga gi screen sa film festivals, dili kaayo siya inclined nga ma-screen sa commercial theaters.

Siguro kung wala moy makita nga person who worked in the movie nga naay copy sa print, the best alternative is mag-wait gyud mo sa DVD copy. hehe.

Anyway, naay daghan movies nga mas nindot pa i-screen in the meantime. In my opinion, movies by Lav Diaz, Mike de Leon, Mario O'Hara, Ishmael Bernal, Celso Ad Castillo, or Lino Brocka are way better movies sa body of work ni Mendoza. Daghan kapilian, bisan sa Filipino films lang. hehe
