Of course. Tomas now realizes that he can't screw with Bato and the PNP so he is now softening his stance and backing off. He realizes he is fighting wars on too many fronts. Dili na niya kaya tanan. Ang kaya ra niya mao iyang ipadayon. But never mind. Kay ang Cebu will be better off with the mayor and the PNP in cooperation. Anyway, we now know that Tomas cannot influence the PNP to do his bidding. And it fact, they are still investigating the police officers he wanted to keep in Cebu. So this is far from over but it is a small start.
