Eyefinity/Surround is panoramic view while and dili kai multi-monitor ra sya.
Eyefinity setup - your three 1920x1080 monitor when connected right will come out to be 5760x1080.



Regular three monitor (Non-eyefinity) setup can only give you three 1920x1080 -, a non-panoramic view. Its called 'extended desktop' sometimes....
