You mean your supplements are essential to humans? Of all the species on earth, we are the only ones who need supplements to stay healthy? I know you are promoting USANA but to say those supplements are needed by everyone is just misinformation. I'm not saying they are bad but they are not essential to be healthy.

Paleo/Whole Foods can make a difference. Why can't people adapt the primal way of living? It is so easy preparing your own real foods and exercise/play sports that you like regularly. It is also very easy to eliminate cakes/ice creams/chips/fruit shakes/fruit juices/baked goods and stuffs etc. from your diet.

I stand corrected... some plants and animals now are supplemented because they have been genetically modified or brought to places that are not their natural habitat. But supplements still are not essential us. I would rather buy real food than buying those expensive suppliments. People doing paleo dont recommend supplements unless the person has a deffiency. They encourage excercise and few minutes of exposure to sunlight. Many testimonies of people doing paleo stopped taking meds and supplements after sometime. I myself have been doing paleo for 3 years and so far so good. I have not taken any medicine and vaccines since the change. Our bodies have the ability to heal itself and its boosted when you eat food that humans eat naturally. You can visit Pete Evan's facebook page and see many great results of Paleo diet.

We have forgotten how we developed our vaccines and anti-bacterial medications. A rather simple way of living harmoniously and healthfully is EAT what the earth gives. I haven't supplemented myself for 10 years since I've learned primal living advised by doctors who are acquaintances of mine. I only take meds when the pain is seriously bothering already e.g. toothache, muscle pains, fractured bone etc., and Im glad to tell you that I haven't had any serious infections (viral and bacterial) in 10 years time too, well, probably luck.

I am not trying to discredit health supplements, they are, of course, good when all ingredients are natural and not synthetic, but not basically needed when one has access to a variety of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. In addition to this, your blood cholesterol and blood sugar/insulin sensitivity are well and normal.

congratulations on your great health. i guessed you have refrained yourself from coming out of your house, got in to traffic, stressed a lot at work, at fruits and vegetables produced at your own backyard, lived in seclusion, stayed away from processed foods. =)

im not against paleo or any diets but the fact that nutrients in our soil has been depleted due to abusive use, food nowadays just simply isnt the same as the ones our ancestors have before. so normally we are deficient. =)

Im sorry but I go out of my house a lot. More than you can imagine. I am mostly stuck at traffic driving during peak hours and lost a lot of money on gas but how am I supplementing myself when I take Ibuprofen like ONCE every 5 months or so after a heavy MovNat and Ido Portal?

I am going to discredit you, the fact that your argument lacks substantial reason and then comes back with almost every word you just wrote translates to me being an anti-social guy who goes out just to pee in my front yard. I maybe lucky to have owned a big lot, planted herbs and legumes of many kinds thru hydroponics guided by my college professor but I just can't believe you made such a personal strike.

That being said, nobody will believe your USANA anymore. But you tried to convince everybody tho, great effort.

prices of your usana products are just ridiculous. You can already buy good quality and nutritious foods with that amount. I have heard things about that cellular nutrition from different MLM companies but it sound more like a sales talk. Even if you take all of your supplements but still eat processed food, fast food and foods that spikes your blood sugar levels all the time, your diabetes will not be solved. But again I'm not saying they are bad though they are overly priced and very few people in our country could afford. Most people who take your combo packs need to get loans just to buy them.

Good luck with your usana. take advantage of it while its market is still not yet saturated. Usually those MLM companies go silent after a few years. My teacher once became a director of cosway. It was very strong at first and she was awarded with a car in less than a year. Then after few years, it went bust and she was heavily in debt.
