hi Istoryans,

I need to ask if kinsa kaila anang company/personal nga mo collect ug utang.

Someone owe me an amount of money (not very small, 6 digits amount) then pag first ning pay sya but at the end, i can't contact the borrower na. We went to their house but always not there daw. Naka affidavit and notarized ang loan, but need to find the borrower muna. and if possible, i want to collect it in a nice way pa.

If i'll use attorney, daghan kaayo gasto so im looking for kanang masaligan nga mo collect ug debt. let me know
if what ang mga options or if naa mo mga kaila nga maka help. Please let me know.

I can't divulge the person here so i just hope naa mo mga ideas to help me. Or mas maayo kanang hibaw mangita ug tao kay for the mean time, i cant locate the person. You can also PM me if you know somebody.

tip: the borrower is residing in Lapu Lapu. 2 of the child is already working abroad, so i do not think nga dili jd mo help pay.

you file a complain in the Barangay Hall in Lapu2 where that debtor resides
im not sure about this but naai suguon/bayran ana ang barangay sa pag collect ....

@THE KID @Guardian. Thanks kaayo sa inyong sugestion. Bt wala namn mo adto sa ilang hauz pag adto namo den lain na nagpuyo. Dn ang nag puyo ni ingon ra nga caretaker ra sila and dey dnt knw anythng. So lisod na sya pangitaon.

Kuan cguro na boss Counter Collect Offensive,,hehehehe Gasto gyud na mag collect boss,,,collector agency puro rana pang hadlok boss,,if smart ang naka utang wala gihapon na effect. File kaso derecho daku gasto, time consuming pero surebol ang result.
