Our experience pud with PAL last year kay wala jud kaabot ang pasajero sa iya flight kay nag tuo nga na move og +1 hr so pag abot namo, mao jud pag biya sa pLane. Good thing gipasuLod pa mi sa iLa office sa Mactan even though nag cLose na siLa kay naa paman pud siLa sa suLod. Gipasakay amo pasajero sa Lain na fLight para maka sakay siya sa iya flight to hongkong.

nakasulay ko gi-rebook sa PAL ako flight..... no other fees, I am right on my time, but they moved the flight earlier without informing me or my employer, so basically I am late on the re-sched flight. The customer service is also very accommodating, morag dating na lang jud kulang ahehehhehehe.

Swerte wala cya ka try Cebu Pacific.. PAL may be bad pero Cebu PAC is just worse...

technically, there is no delay of most flights today, maka ingon lang ta due schedule-padding/block-padding on most airlines.. PAL and CebuPac are known to implement schedule-padding/block-padding, so a 30 minutes delay is actually on-time...
