I just need help. I'm a father of 3 year old boy and i was a victim of infidelity. I've been married for 12 years. Gusto ko lang mag seek ng advise. Many thanks!

@rydeto, I know that you are in difficult situation now, my question is, did your wife asked you a forgiveness ? If she asked you, are you ready to forgive her ? do you still love her ? .. If the answer is yes, then move on and forget everything happened. .

I'm not a lawyer but if you want to file a case against her, I think its difficult because you don't have evidence, and the process will take time, it will give you more misery than peace.

For me it is better to walk in separate ways and strive hard to fulfill my duty as a father and focus to my son. . . And most of all Pray to God to guide you specially in this difficult time.

@Boss dulasnom - In court evidence wala po, hindi naman ina-accept sa court yung email conversation. Plus my wife admitted that she did it we the guy. The guy is married as well as state in the site.

Wala po akong evidence nung actual did, pero my wife admitted it, and it more than enough.

I have a feeling na ikaw ang nag create ng Wix site, there are too much personal information about him, the site is not even promoting any services or products, only photos, contact info, locations, even family members info. If so, better delete that site.
