let me clarify this. CNN reported what was found out but IT experts who are closely monitoring the transparency servers. And in return backed the claims on BBM camp. They said there was a change on hash codes which questions the authenticity of the data. It does not necessarily means naay cheating but more like the integrity of the data being processed. In layman terms, hash tags is more like a seal or a lock which protects the data or files. If that has been changed at the last minute then most likely there are some anomaly. It was not from BBM camps but an independent IT experts closely monitoring the servers who verified this.
