With SUV, Im planning to drive Manila to Cebu and going back.
Forth: Manila - Bicol - Samar - Leyte Cebu
Back: Cebu - Negros - Panay - Mindoro - Manila
Has anyone have any idea of the latest road condition of these routes? Additional info like roro schedule, pricing, tips, etc. will be very much appreciated!
