Video card - im planning on getting a gtx750Ti i will find the cheapest one i can find ( budget 5.5k)

or
hdd+ssd: 320gb hdd + 120ssd (budget 4k)
or
hybrid hdd: 500gb? not sure about this (budget 4k)

psu seasonic or silverstone (budget 2.5k)

will get an IPS monitor for this build (budget 10k)
