How to get a Red Ribbon after graduating?

Ni graduate ko sa san carlos. just want to know unsay process sa pag pa red ribbon? pila pud bayad.

1. I went to School registrar requesting for my TOR and Diploma copy for Red Ribbon purpose.
2. The registrar requested me to sign a pre-defined letters to Ched for the authentication.
3. After 1 week I return back to the school registrar to get the papers from Ched and also my TOR and Diploma.
4. The school registrar informed me that I can use the DHL courier service to bring my documents to DFA for the Red Ribbon
4. I brought my papers to DHL courier pay the bills and wait for 1 or 2 weeks .
5. After the DHL delivered my Red Ribbon.
6. I already forgot the amount that I spent, just prepare at least 1500 pesos.
7. Good Luck .. I got my red ribbon 5 years ago .. maybe there is a new easy process today ...

Sa TC... sa pinaka tumoy nga gate duol sa machine shop.

Similar steps, ingon ana pod to katong nagkuha ko ug CAV..

Any updates on this process guys? Mu process ba ug red ribbon ang DFA Cebu karon? How much ang fee per document?
