just pointing out what mar said by the way..if you are a leader you should be able to do what needs to be done in those situation specially emergency situations..not ask for paper that are signed or any crap to legalize..its like they don't want more dirt on their hands..

don't worry jhared in the story that i told, you live through the situation even though 50-50 naka and you finished your term as a mayor..happy ending ghapon..hahaha..peace.

FYI the letter was intended to let the national govt take over the operations in Tacloban, because that's the protocol of our govt ever since, otherwise the national govt could easily take over any municipality or city without permission from its appointed leaders, that's injustice, and what romualdez needed to do was just sign the paper to legalize the operations, pero iyang gibuhat, nag cge pa siya ug pangutana nganong ing-ani ug ing-ana, and posted an edited video.. that's what happened..

but Romualdez already made an apology, pls update yourself on the news..
