I would blame the president. Why? Question, ngano naa pa man terrorist? What did we do to stop them? Simple Root Cause analysis ra but why can't we attack the root?

terrorists are everywhere, all over Europe, in the US, etc.. does that indicate that the leaders of every nation are weak? of course not.. if we are to follow your way then it's right to say that all leaders in every state should be impeached, surely not, you're barking on the wrong tree..

Strict law enforcement, tighten security, better crisis management. Of course dli jud na mastop 100% pero a government who shows a strong stance and enforced security measure is better than none. The point here is, responsibility. Take responsibility and lead accordingly. Remember the position they are vying for is an executive position.

you have a point., but like you said, the crisis is unstoppable so how can we put too much accountability on our leaders whenever terrorism arises? how can we expect for our next president to stop it?,.. US implements a strong security policy and look what happened to them on 9/11, the same can also be said in Belgium, in france, and every country in the world.. so no amount of responsibility can work perfectly, it's either total destruction or we give them what we want, still either way terrorism wont stop..
