of every civil nation, example, kung mo akusar ka ni juan nga nangawat ug tsinelas, its your duty to present evidence nga siya jud ang nangawat because he is to be assumed innocent for the time being, otherwise it would prejudice juan nga siya pa ang mangita ug ebidensya to prove his innocence..

yes indeed you are right.. what i understood they were planning is to start first the construction of public establishments like Municipal Halls, Public markets and Municipal Civic Centers, then for the 2nd batch kato nang mga brgy halls, day care centers, brgy civic centers, etc.. from what i know 90% na ang nahuman sa 1st batch, then sa 2nd batch im not sure about the numbers, must be less than 50%, and it's only because ang namahala ana is ang mga captain sa taga brgy.. so if naay langay nga nahitabo i guess it has something to do sa brgy officials nga nag handle sa money.. i know kani nga pamaagi dili pabor ang tanan, but they are not after public interest, they are after public welfare, suma gud nangabuhi man tong nkasurvive sa yolanda..

the first rehabilitation efforts are 90% completed, and the 2nd batch is now also on the process of completion, there's a new and updated list by DILG, might as well look into that.. unknown to the public eye, what they are actually doing is strategic rehabilitation, public establishments first then the rest can follow,.. if the people are not satisfied then so be it, it's public welfare not public interest that they are after..

and as far as i know Mr. Roxas is willing to open his bank account for public scrutiny, update yourself on the news, he is just waiting for the other camps to do the same.. ako i believe in Roxas bisan unsa pa ang isulti sa uban, and i do also believe that we should put each party the benefit of the doubt, look into the positive and negative side in each party, weigh our options carefully.. ang problema man gud sa uban is that they are putting too much expectations on a single party, like duterte for example, to the point nga tanan niyang isulti bisan bati murag masakto nalang, kung si roxas cguro ang mosulti ana cguro mag kalandrakas pud ang mga taw ug panaway, but since si duterte so ok ra, ang imoral mahimong moral sa ilang panan-aw.. natural rman nang selective biases but its always good to disable that for a moment and start to think for ourselves..
