Working at Singapore - Experiences and Tips

Ask lang ko, got my IPA and contract kay na-direct hire. So I started processing sa POEA.

They checked the records and naa na daw sila 10 hires sa ako company since 2011.
Mao ila policy na i-limit to 10 hires per company and that ang company should process through Agency na.
So ang result wala na-process ako POEA.

Naa mo idea if balaod ba jud ni na 10 ang limit?
And any suggestion what I should do?
First time pa nako larga ug SG gud.

Now that you have an IPA, pag-tourist nalang.... let's say 3D2N or 5D4N tour nalang through a tour agency jud.
And if empoyed pa ka karon, mas maayo. Aron makapakita ka'g proof of your current employment diha sa atoa.

Kanang ma-reject sa current IO then mobalin og laing IO on the same date, karon pa ko kadungog ana.
Pwede noon ka mo-try again after a few days.
Ang ako man nabantayan is... if naa-y ma-offload, palingkuron man na sa daplin until makalupad na ang airplane.

Kanang mga online job websites, daghan man na, i-rotate lang. Nya try og i-fit gamay ang imong resume sa ilang gipangita.

Aside from online job websites, ayaw kalimot sa newspaper - The Straits Times - kanang Sabado edition daghan na. Naa pod gamay on Wednesday. Naa'y mga gagmay kaayo nga job ads, ayaw palabya, tirahi pod na if mo-fit nimo.
