    Play safe ang pnb ani kay they already check dili sa ilang machine nahitabo ang skimming.i dont know why cant they offer a free investigation since customer ka nila.

    had this incident before with bpi. giuli man akong cash pud, i think naay feature ang pnb nga atmsafe where you can prevent atm skimming. anyways, good luck ts! hopefully mauli imong money.

    krn ko mg.update ky wla pjuy update sa BSP..

    BSP on their letter said and I quote:

    "Thus, consistent with our CAM, we will refer your concerns to the Senior Management of Philippine National Bank (PNB) with a request that they directly communicate with you, copy furnished us, their comments and/or disposition on the same, within seven (7) banking days from receipt of our referral e-mail. "

    ika-8 business day nah krn gkan sah pgrecieve nko ani nga reply from BSP.
    as of now, wla pjuy entawon ncommunicate skoa..
    ang branch sa PNB IT Park (i dont know if sila lng bah), wala juy gamit.
    everytime I need to request or communicate to the higher authorities, they will always and always refer me to call their Customer Service sa Manila.
    I even asked if i could use their fone since naa nman jud ko ddto, and as what they usually would say "dli mn nah mahimo mam"
    mura jud ko ug ng.atubang ug robot ddto nga ang always responce, "wala mi mahimo ana mam"
    literally, mao nah ang pirmi nila isulti, "wala mi mahimo ana mam"

    anyways, wla pko m.adto sa NBI ky i need to get the CCTV from the withdrawals and present it to them as evidence
    ky nganu mghuwat ko?
    coz according nila, they need to explain everything to them and then mgdecide pah sila if apilon akoang case.
    so, i need to present them evidence nlng, ky bcn unya m.adto ko ddto dli ko nila tuhuan - halos tnan mga hilason rba ddto

    so ng.huwat nlng jud ko entawon.
    dli nlng ko mkigcommunicate sa branch ky m.ingon rsd nah cla, amo nah gforward imo request mam pero "wala na mi mahimo" ana.

    yes,

    naa feature ang PNB ani..
    they will only return the money IF and ONLY IF nskim ang account.
    so there will be an investigation done before they will return the money.


    in my case;
    they could not confirm nor deny if account has been skimmed.
    so they resulted not to return the money anyways.
