Like i said, i cannot speak for something i have little info of, or know of any facts for that matter.., im just here to say that it's Mar who im voting for., but nevertheless i will just say what i think..

SSS pension hike of P2000 was vetoed, because of the reason that by the next decade or so it would bankrupt the SSS,.. as for bonuses that's normal, every working person receives bonuses, but as for non-existent board members receiving bonuses? i dunno, ill look into that..

as for the Philhealth issue, it is only because the amount that they give away to the people is greater than what they take, and to me that does not sound so bad.. coz now there are insurances for 4Ps beneficiaries, senior citizens, and indigent filipinos, it is only because of these programs that they are losing money, because they are giving it away to the people.. rest assured that in the next budget period the fund allocation for philhealth will increase...

DSWD switching foreign food aide to local ones? that to me are just rumors.. ive been to Lapu-lapu air base, where this goods that you said were switched, wala ko kahinumdum nga nakakita ko nga gibuhat ni, kato cgurong i repack ang foreign donations nya isagol sa local ones because some donations were packs of ketchups and other stuffs, you cant give it straight away because kinahanglan nga kompleto with rice and everything, that is why gisagol2...

MRT maintenance issues, i cant give any argument on this, because tapol ko ug search, because maintenance outsourcing involves contracts over pile of contracts.. for whatever reason nganong cge ilis2, i dunno, but it must be for good reason.. Mar gave an explanation for this, but i know that's not enough para sa mga taw..

LTO plate issue sure was a bust because of some DAP-like budgeting.. blame it on the administration? no, i say blame it on LTO, but it could have been avoided yes..

traffic? sauna rman na nga problema.

balik-bayan box opening, tanim-bala, etc.. murag sauna raman na gibuhat, karon nangasakpan na., that's a good thing right? and it involves a small person team trying to extort money, and/or mangawat.. blame it on the administration? no blame it on the person responsible.. anywhere in the world there are always people like that, even in churches..

If you think Marcos was better, then think about all the people abducted and nowhere to be found for mere suspicion.. think about the Marcos wealth hidden in Swiss banks, think about thousands of shoes and jewelries owned by imelda, $1 = 1 peso, when marcos left the office, 1 dollar = 25 pesos, from 360 million debt to 28 billion debt, and that's only the tip of the iceberg..

Nope it doesn't. About the DBM that is.
About the COA Yolanda funds, everybody can see what has gone wrong. It's written everywhere.
France has the Philippines in the blacklist as the government do not help investigate foreign aid fraud.
