Naapay internal politics, especially if building and property manager nga position...

Paspas. APMC is Ayala's property management subsidiary. Handling the overall operation of the property. technical, operational, safety, budget, etc. They are managing Ayala center Cebu, central bloc when operational, the walk in IT park. BPO buildings in IT park (eBloc1 2 3 4 and former Aegis building). IT park and Cebu Business park. Residential (Avida Towers and Riala, Sedona, Park Tower1, Ayala Life FGU, Amara). Sa Cebu lang na. APMC direct employees for Cebu are only the property managers and finance managers. If building engineer ka, you'll be under agency.

If we're talking of APMC, okay2x ila basic depende sa inyo nego pud. Pero dira sila mubira sa bonus nimo every year kay dako base on your performance. For benefits, okay kaau since they have medical that will also cover 3 of your dependents, and you'll have medical cash allowance quarterly. Nindot sad sya to expose you overall if you're an engineer kay you'll learn overall (safety, technical, management, budget, and startup) building management. Kung ganahan ka mugahi and build yourself on management, go with the company.

Yes bro dako ni na position in terms of responsibility kay you'll be the one handling the overall operation of property. Efficient and bidding and procurement kay naa man process. APMC is a company that can make you learn overall management.

Bro kung naa na ka taas na experience sa building management if gikan ka ug mall or industry operations, try the property manager position if madawat ka. Building engineer is under an agency that APMC taps.

I agree naa man process...
