Another name for fixers are MAGICIANS. With fixers, you'll just pay and you'll pass the exam without ever taking it, you'll pass the urine/drug test without even submitting one drop of urine, you'll pass the driving exam without even getting your hands on the steering wheel. All you have to do is show up for the pictorial and that's it.

There are fixers because LTO tolerates them and everybody shares the loot. Not taxable pa he he.

Lisod e-wala ang fixer sa LTO kay daghan manarbaho as driver kay wala kahuman eskwela. Then ang exam kay in english, situational ug identifying the signs on the road. So unsaon nila pagpasar ana na dili man gani kahibaw musuwat ug english? Then nangita baya sila ug panginabuhi. So there is the demand to get the license para makatrabaho. So kung ikaw na walay grado hatagan ug chance maka lisensya pero bayad lang dili kaha ka mokagat?
