Asa ta maka palit ug USB type nga arcade buttons diri or maka pa buhat? If naa mo kaila please recommend, ako gpangita is 4 arcade buttons in 1 USB cable, and 2 nga inani ako need.

common arcade buttons can be bought in any electric shops like advance or ac/dc.

if you are inclined... you can do it via arduino, the net has/have a very good subsets of examples for this!
common hid devices either keyboard based or the joystick based approach.

hope someone knowledgeable in arduino/atmel/PIC might be able to help you with this, too easy for them for sure...

kung input from these buttons to a pc then pc to the target device, why not use keyboard?

kung kini na buttons mo control directly a target device like a lifting jack/motors, kaya rani sa arduino.

I was hoping unta naa ready made diri sa pinas same sa naa sa picture.

since dili man ka ganahan mang "MCU/Arduino" and such..., and as Echelnalf said as well...
you have 2 choices nalang basin ^_^
option 1: pangayo keyboard sa internetan!, then solder-solder nalang.
option 2: buy/get joystick from cdrking or wherever, then solda2x sab.

mao gyud unta ako gusto nahibaw-an, asa gamiton. kun mo agi ni sa PC need gyud ug serial monitor to determine which button is pushed. kung switch lang function ani directly from a device, aw drecho na.
