hi..I have a two storey townhouse available. its located in Genesis Subdivision, Basak,Lapulapu City. Its just 2-3mins away from CLIP.
The second floor have 2 rooms with cabinets and foams. It is a furnished unit, with TV, ref, sala set,dining set. Ground floor is tiled with ceramics while second floor is tiled with vinyl. Living and dining is also equipped with cabinets. My posting price is 7k but its still negotiable.

well tricycle and motorcycle ra jud public transport dha. but 24 hrs available ang both public transport kay daghan man subdivisions dha nga area
