chillax,, hahaha! i experienced that too. ordered two nokia 530 pang xmas gift unta sa parents last nov. 15 pa. waited and waited for almost a month.. its the LBC ang oplok, tagaan na special notes/instruction not to deliver MWF kay walay tawo ang balay. ako instruct for pickup nalang at a particular LBC branch. wala jud tumana. week after week mgbalik2 hatod sa balay na walay tawo. mao gibalik nalang pod sa ila warehouse manila. wala na hinuon xmas gift ako parents.. dali-dali pangita og laing gift.. lols!
even tawag ka sa customer service sa LBC and have that special instruction. wala jud tumana sa taga LBC, even the customer service representative sees the request in their system na for pickup nalng. pero unsaon ta man dili man siguro kabalo mobasa nang mga tig deliver.. or kinsa na in charge na morelay sa info sa delivery boy..
