January 10 2016 estimated date of delivery , kasabot ra ko kay ships from abroad pa... unya kron musulti silag order cancelled and being shipped back to warehouse na kay incomplete ang shipping information? wala nalay kwenta tong mga previous orders sa mismo pud kompanyaha nga na deliver ra to the same shipping address. OPLOK! usa ka buwang hinuwatay unya kron musulti silag gi cancel ra! ang refund will take another 5-45 days..ang customers ray gibuang ani nila!

chillax,, hahaha! i experienced that too. ordered two nokia 530 pang xmas gift unta sa parents last nov. 15 pa. waited and waited for almost a month.. its the LBC ang oplok, tagaan na special notes/instruction not to deliver MWF kay walay tawo ang balay. ako instruct for pickup nalang at a particular LBC branch. wala jud tumana. week after week mgbalik2 hatod sa balay na walay tawo. mao gibalik nalang pod sa ila warehouse manila. wala na hinuon xmas gift ako parents.. dali-dali pangita og laing gift.. lols!

even tawag ka sa customer service sa LBC and have that special instruction. wala jud tumana sa taga LBC, even the customer service representative sees the request in their system na for pickup nalng. pero unsaon ta man dili man siguro kabalo mobasa nang mga tig deliver.. or kinsa na in charge na morelay sa info sa delivery boy..

the thing is, they didn't even bother to call, and it's not that lisod i locate ang address kay its a business address... even on sundays, naa ra silay ka binlan unta... we tried calling customer service, cancelled na jd ng order. No choice but to wait for the refund.

^^ happened to me twice...cant locate the address daw samantalang natanggap ko naman ang passport ko delivered by lbc at the same address at iba pang packages thru lbc. Sa lazada jud sila mapalpak. I have indicated all numbers nga pwede ko macontact pero wala jud ko nadawat maski isa ka notice. Sa akong pagkadismaya, email kog complaints na super taas kaayo.. after that, wa pa natagam, order gyapon sa lazada, this time, cge na sila text nako (local lbc).
