Problem sa Sun Cellular Plan gihatag sa SM cebu.

Ni palit ko ug phone didto sa SM dapit, tapos naa ni duol nko nga Sun representative (i think) nya lami kaau mo sulti about sa plan nila. Sayop nko kay ni kagat ko, ni sulti sya nga plan 450 sya nya sim only daw nya 24 months lock in nya unya pko mo bayad after 8 months nya libri daw tanan calls and text. Perting sayopa kay ako gi check last week ang 450 nga plan kay naa man diay na handset apil, nya ako wla man nadawat nya ang sun sim only plan diay kay 249 ra monthly. Unsa-on ni nko? If ako e terminate ang plan mka bayad kog dako kaau. Gae ko ninyo idea unsa-on.

TS @xidrick31, did you ever sign a contract? Where did you guys did your negotiation? And yes, as what I know, plan 450 has a phone apil. Did the representative show his/her ID? Or basin sales agent lang to imong na duol?

If you go to Sun Shop, usually they can trace man ang agent ID if legitimate to siya nga Sun Sales agent or rep. But if you would terminate the said plan, yes, naa na siya ETF (Early Termination Fee). You need to pay the remaining months of 5k (not sure) or which ever is higher.

But, better then, go to their customer service sa Sun Shop and report it as fraud!

Yes i will report this to a sun shop, do SM cebu have one? The transaction was on Junrex Shop at SM too, and like i said nga free daw hangtud 8 months nya sa 9th month nko mo start ug pay and sa pag search nko dli man diay, sayop iya ghatag nga info and i even thought nga sim-only na sya BIG mistake nko kay 249 diay wla ko nag search ahead kay dli man ko kabisado gud. Ako ni e report please tell me asa available nga Sun shop. Thanks.

Dba ma report jud kay 450 has a handset free, pero wla sya ghatag nko nya wrong info pjud. Is it my mistake nga ni took ko sa iya bait or his?

that is also one mistake, just to be brutally frank with you....that I'm guessing that you will have to deal with. Now, with the said promo, that you will not be charged for 8mos, that could also be a valid promo since it's december for a sim only plan.

Lock in ba na for 24-months? if yes, ouch labi na if you already signed the contract. I don't know if they can retract the said files nimo kay ni count naman gud na. Labi na if you already have the sim with you. So samot na kay gi claim na nimo. But then again, you may try to dispute it sa sun Shop. Naa sila pud sa Cybergate. Atbang sa Lenovo man guro to... or you may try calling their hotline nga usahay dugay kaayo ka matubag... just dial using your sun sim 200 for customer service

E try nko complain jud if mka adto ko. Willing ko mo bayad if sakto to iya plan nga gi offer nko. If sayop sya nya naa diay handset mo complain jud ko kay wla niya gi sulti ang tinuod.
