Naa lang mu ingon na naa daw side effects pero sa ako wala ra man lapas na 10 years and ok man ako health. Kaon lang ka daghan while nag lingzhi 2 times a day. di lang mag kaon ug fatty kaau na food. 160 lbs na ako weight karon naa ra nimo kung asa na advise magpadala ako wala gyud ko nag mahay sa ako own decision.
You can gain your weight very easily. You can don't do work hard and don't do exercise daily. You should eat healthy and protien diet just like egg, fish, pizza, etc. I hope now you can gain your easily.

Training bai.. lift weights... dugay ang pag-build sa muscle compared sa fats pero mas nindut man tan-awn ang muscles. Gain muscles bai... don't just gain weight kay ang gaining weight sometimes means you could be gaining fat which is not really what you're aiming for....
Pangita ug workout program then eat lots of proteins and carbs... and lastly, don't stop.

I was very skinny before...kaon lang ko 2 rice every meal...then milk 3x a day...nitambok jd ko
