Default Fair profit sharing - 100% ako invest, siya baligya

Ask lang ta ko sa mga experienced na ani nga model. Unsay fair na profit sharing if ako ang nag invest sa kwarta and ang akong partner gabaligya?

Gainvest ko ug ukay ukay niya for now ang sabot is 50/50 mi sa profit after the initial investment. Fair raba ingani? or naay better profit sharing option?

Naa man gud uban moingon nga dapat 80/20 and wa sad koy clue if sakto ba.

If naa mo links for record keeping and such makatabang pud na hehe.

    Thanks!

    Para nako lang...

If ang imong industrial partner nag-draw ang salary from your business, fair na ang 50/50 on net profit.

Pero kung wala pa labot iya sweldo ana, your share should be about 20-25% only.
    So medyo sakto pod na'ng 80/20 -- 20% imo.

    imho ra ni hap!

20/80 if wala siyay sweldo. 50/50 if naa siyay sweldo. ang kanang 20/80 man gud, dako gyud iyang bahin kung naa moy profit kay kung walay profit, luoy sad siya kay gatrabaho siya and zero ra iyang makuha. kanang 50/50 sweldado siya nimo so whether good or bad ang negosyo, sigurado na mabayran ang iyang oras.

    25% 25* 35% 15%

    25 - for you
    25- for you partner
35 - for the name of company
    15- back up investment.

mao na ako practice . ako ang investor partner nako ang baligya.

    Nice share Sir.
So nahulog gihapon og equal sharing mong duha on the unappropriated income.
Nag-draw og salary imong partner from the bizz Sir or wala ra siya'y sweldo?

I think the most common arrangement is 40/60. 40% sa capitalista, 60% sa mo manage/operate sa business. 40% as passive return is already high if we compare it to other alternative investments.

    makisakay ko Metz ha.

If ever equal share sa investment then one of the investor is the industrial partner, ang mahulog nga alloccation in-ani na?:

    1. Investor = 40%
    Investor A = 50% of 40% (or 20% of total profit)
    Investor B = 50% of 20% (or 20% of total profit)
    2. Industrial Partner = 60%
    Investor B = Industrial Partner
    = 60% + 20% = 80% sa profit.

    pareho sa 40/60 sharing.

profit = gross income less operating expenses and pwede pud apil katong buffer fund sa comp.

salamat sa mga inputs. so sa 40/60 naa pay sweldo ang tigbaligya?
