ako gi parisan ako crucial ballistix ug hyper x fury na libog lang ko kay nig CPU-Z naa ang duha ka ram

pero kung sa my computer properties 4gb ra ang installed nga ram asay ako tuhoan ani mga experts?

Most likely one of your sticks is faulty or not inserted properly.

1.) Check your MOBO's memory architecture. If it's multi-channel, make sure you installed the stick into the matching blanks.
2.) Make sure the memory module is seated properly.
3.) Check BIOS if the ram is properly detected. BIOS performs basic memory training during POST.
4.) If naa lng gihapon ang issue, try isolating each stick. Boot on 1 stick at a time to check if both sticks are good and can be detected properly.
