as far as i know bay, he revised it because according to him the first draft was unconstitutional, and so the revised version is not acceptable sa pikas,, mao nang wala ni progress ang hearing kay ila gipugos nga i pass ang BBL to its original form,,



o bay wala nako gibasa ug unsa ang content ana ilang draft nga gusto i pasa, dili ko interesado,, ang ako lang rason ngano i am against it kay in the first place, why would they need an autonomous region AGAIN, when the Government give them one before,, im talking about the ARMM (i really dont know unsay kalainan ani nila nga faction pero they look the same to me), second, why the government always end up in negotiating these rebel groups?, dapat gani ang Government will file charges to them because they clearly violates the "LAW" and i dont think that BBL could solve the problem nor the cause they are fighting,, ingon ana ra ka simple akong reasoning bay,,

imo ask why they would need another autonomous region. actually it is basically the ARMM but it is expanded.

the reason behind the autonomous request sa moros is that the imperial manila has always neglected the southern philippines. and majority sa development naa ra sa luzon.lest the majority of it.

let us take for example boss, kanang MRT,LRT ug mga express ways sa manila. All of those projects are subsidized. it means government is paying private operators to keep public utilities cheap.

now asa mana gikuha sa gobyerno ang kwarta? syempre sa taxes diba? now kinsa man nagbayad sa taxes? diba kita tanan sa pilipinas? dili ba unfair kaayo sa mga taga mindanao ug mga taga visayas ug ubang taga probinsya nga nagbayad sila ana pero ni wala man gani sila kagamit ana? samples rana boss.daghan pag angay isugilon.ang point is nahan sila nga modevelop pud ilang probinsya kay sa kadugayon wala may pagtagad ang national government.

ang point gud sa autonomous region bai is to have their own income and spend it there. this is one reason why duterte was an advocate of federalism. bbl is just basically a basic or mini version of federalism. its just that sa BBL, government and moro's are looking for a commond ground.

im not trolling.just asking boss. i am pro BBL but i fully respect your stand on it. and yes i have read the BBL. not the amended version though.

Boss @digitalsuperman, dia koy nabasa opinion about sa BBL nganu ilang gi kastigo.. basin naa ni dakong punto nganu wala na dayun despite sa "sacred" intentions and agreement between MILF and Pnoy's admin.
