Di under ng Supreme Court Guidelines ang Shariah Justice System and wala silang power dun.
Walang equal rights sa minerals and resources for muslim and non muslim indigenous people.
Basically walang reserve seats of office ang non muslim indigenous people and women sa parliament.

sec 5 protected and non moro indigenous people on their rights within the region

-bangsamoro disaster risk reduction and management
    -islamic banking
-protected ang rights ng non moro indigenous people within the region and may reserve slot sila sa parliament.

DOCUMENT: Marcos submits overhauled Bangsamoro bill

I don't think Marcos deserved the whole credit to this overhauled Bangsamoro bill. The revised provisions was NOT entirely of his own - it was prepared by the panel of Senators - including other presidential and vice-presidential candidates. The only major props to Marcos was that he headed the subcommittee on the BBL at the senate and sponsored this bill.

You can read through the revised BBL (Senate Bill No. 2894) here : http://senate.gov.ph/lisdata/2192318640!.pdf

Read the first who prepared it:

"Prepared jointly by the Committees on Local Government; Peace, Unification and Reconciliation; and Constitutional Amendments and Revision of Codes, with Senators Franklin M. Drilon, Vicente C. Sotto III, Loren Legarda, Ralph G. Recto, Maria Lourdes Nancy S. Binay, Francis G. Escudero, Paolo Benigno "Bam" Aquino IV; Sonny Angara, Pia S. Cayetano, Gregorio B. Honasan II, and Teoftsto "TG" Guingona III, Ferdinand R. Marcos,Jr. and Miriam Defensor Santiago, as authors"

Though I give credit to BBM for spearheading the subcommittee and sponsoring this Bill, but he does not own all the credit for the revised BBL, credit must be given to all the subcommittee members as well.

as far as i know bay, he revised it because according to him the first draft was unconstitutional, and so the revised version is not acceptable sa pikas,, mao nang wala ni progress ang hearing kay ila gipugos nga i pass ang BBL to its original form,,

o bay wala nako gibasa ug unsa ang content ana ilang draft nga gusto i pasa, dili ko interesado,, ang ako lang rason ngano i am against it kay in the first place, why would they need an autonomous region AGAIN, when the Government give them one before,, im talking about the ARMM (i really dont know unsay kalainan ani nila nga faction pero they look the same to me), second, why the government always end up in negotiating these rebel groups?, dapat gani ang Government will file charges to them because they clearly violates the "LAW" and i dont think that BBL could solve the problem nor the cause they are fighting,, ingon ana ra ka simple akong reasoning bay,,
