Just wanted to share how Marketman started Zubuchon. What actually happened when he hosted Bourdain in Cebu. This is for those who might want an interesting read. in fairness para sa akong taste lami ni ang Zubuchon, kapalit kog 2kls nga fresh sa Airport, last month ako gidala sa Manila as pasalubong, pero niapil kog kaon,, ang price? sa 690php/kilo,, medyo mahal gamay,, pero sulit ra..

layu rani sa cnt, alejos, rico,carcar og sa talisay na mga lechon..kani murag gi init ra sa microwave..usik sa kwarta alai lami...nya mahal pajud kaau..690 ang kilo nya mura rag gi init sa microwave

I second this. Zubuchon is overhyped. Usually dry and murag karton ang panit. Layo ra sa ubang local lechoneros.

They have the worst lechon. Murag dili lechon ang lasa.
