Sienna Miller backed out of Resident Evil: Extinction because it conflicted with her other project, Eragon which is set to be a trilogy. So they replaced Jill Valentine with Ali Larter as Claire Redfield.

Might as well, Ali Larter acts better than Sienna Miller.
