When 5 out of 5 investigating bodies (AMLA, COA, Ombudsman, NBI, DOJ) find some redflags against you, then you're f$cked! This is one reason why Binay will never surface Limlingan and Baloloy. These two are probably dead.

There will be no such thing as "reliable source".
