    Its easy to spread the benefits of fish oil. But you need to know the appropriate those for its effects. For starters, MOST studies/trials had their subjects take 1500-2000mg of combined EPA and DHA (6-10 1000mg capsules/softgels of fish oils) before positive health benefits of the supplements were reported.

    Considering how cheap the supplement is (800-1000php for 400 softgels, kirkland brand), i highly recommend taking AT LEAST 3 softgels per day. I highly doubt that 1 softgel a day would result to any positive outcome. I personally take 6 softgels a day and the results have been great.

    GNC Triple Strength Fish oil ako ginatake. Naa koy nabasahan na dili pud maayo palabian ang pag take of fish oil kay naa pud daw side effects . . .

    kinsa nkasuway anang fish oil baligya sa SNR, nkalimot kos brand, wa pko kabalik dd2 gud, plano sd ko mupalit ato?
    naa sd d ay ko question, ok rba na mg fish oil ka then naa pud ka gtake na multi vitamins like usana essentials? or any other multivitamins. . . tia. . .

    para nako mas nindot mo take ug fish oil ang mga meat eaters (like me).. pero if mo kaon ka ug fish go for the fish nalng diretcho
