Generally speaking boss mas faster sa transients ang planars, better response and prat pud. Tungud sa iyang construction mas faster ang planars maka react vs dynamic resulting to a more accurate flat bass... Lisud i put into words boss, need jud ka mu hear for yourself... Dinhi na nimo ma hibaw-an ang accuracy, soundstage, separation and depth mag lahi lahi diay.

@korg17 : been in the page kay recently lng gyud kaayo na-add sa group. Didn't bother to even post or comment kay mga high-end kaayo peps didto. Haha though ganahan kaayo ko to audition bisag usa lang ato ug unsa gyud difference sa mid-range headphones. ATH-M50 raman akong makapanghambog oe. Wala maabot didto ang brands like SoundMagic? Superlux? ug Philips | O'Neill?

hahah post lang bai ayawg kauwow. many of the guys are on starter setups too. we are all head-fi enthusiasts so all gears are welcome. apil sad sa amo mga sunod na meets so you can audition. just watch out for announcements.

nice unta kun naa'y Takstar cans dha sa atoa para maka audition pud... diri sa main land China, nice kayo ang review nila, nice ang workmanship (including the materials used) and most specially, pwerte ka nice sa price. very affordable... even sa gawas, nice ni sila'g mga reviews... like the HI 2050, Pro80, HD5500 & HD6000...

by the way, sa mga naka tag-iya or naka audition ani nila, pwede mo hatag ug comments?

Takstar is a 3rd party Beyerdynamic Manufacturer that is why they are able to manufacture OEM Beyers and re-brand them as Takstar

btw, i had the Marshall Major before, save that cash and get a Grado instead, for the same price, you wont regret it.

ah i see bro... bantog ra nice kaayo ni'g SQ ang Takstar HI 2050, OEM diay ni sila'g Beyerdynamic... nice kaayo ang R&D ani nila baya... known pud ni sila'g recording gadgets (like mics & others)...

for now, wala pa ko'y plan mo palit ug mid-tier EMS... if mo palit man gani ko, max nko na i-shell out kay about 2K rmb (roughtly 15K php)... but currently, kani lang usa siguro akoang HI 2050 akoang gamiton... kun mo add ko ug closed type cans, basin ang Takstar Pro80 or HD6000 nila... barato lang man gud ni sila diri nako... mao ni ang ilahang respective prices...

> Takstar Pro80: 399 rmb (roughly, 2.9K php)
> Takstar HD6000: 599 rmb (roughly, 4.3K php)

nag duha2x na hinoon ko's Focal Spirit Professional or sa M-Audio HDH50... hehehe... tas2x man gud ni sila'g prices sa Takstar then ang kanang duha ka models sa Takstar, nice kaayo ang Customer feedback... perfect score sila. the same sa aning duha ka model sa Focal & M-Audio na akoang gi mention...

sa kaning hobby nato, progressive effect man ang sakit ani... hehehe... dili lang usa ko mo dive sa mga tier 1 kay sakit kaayo's bulsa man gud...

by the way, unsa na model sa GradoLabs ang imohang ma recommend? para ma check pud nko diri... naa man pud ni sila'y entry & mid level offerings pud...

Hopefully makadungog ko ug bisag usa lang kay wala gyud ko idea unsa nah sila kanindot. I find it very promising basing sa mga gipangsulti nimo. Interested nah nuon ko

Btw, naa ko nabantayan 2 ka shop sa Ayala nga namaligya ug mga audio stuff. Atbang sila. AKG, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, Bose, I think naa gneh GradoLabs. Interested ko sa GradoLabs kay open-back. Never had one, kutob rah ko semi-open/semi-closed(Superlux HD 681 EVO). Unsa ma-recommend ninyo?
