formal office: casio edifice / fossil chronos / citizen eco drive

mid end (10k up)

active lifestyle: casio gshock - rangeman or gulfmaster / garmin forerunner / suunto core
formal office: casio aviators or master of g / seiko kinetic or sportura / tissot t-classics

high end watches (my opinion, just buy him a motorbike or a car) lols...
