NSO Late Registration

Hi istoryans..

Mag-ask lang unta ko basin naa mo idea how to/what's the process for Late Registration?

I saw na sa website sa NSO ang requirements. But, it was last updated year 2012 pa. So maybe naay changes?

But what I am most worried of is, unsa jud iya process? Asa ko first na muadto? Unsa ako first pangayuon? Asa ko padung after?
